Atlanta Students Rally Against the Federal Reserve

It was a cold Sunday in Atlanta, but a few hardy libertarian students from around the area came out to protest outside the downtown Federal Reserve. The message they expounded was that the Fed is one of the greatest causes of big government--by creating more money for the government while avoiding the popular backlash that would come from raising taxes--and that, as such, the Fed needs to become more transparent for the American public.

At the same time that the Fed rally was held, a tens of thousands of people participated in an AIDS walk through downtown Atlanta. One couldn't ask for a better captive audience!
